Fix typo in README

Ignore failure to set host name

At least minbase does not end up with an /etc/hosts file, so ignore
IOErrors for the hosts file.

Check for extlinux, not no-extlinux, fixes crash

Change --no-extlinux to --extlinux

This way, we have options --extlinux (default) and --no-extlinux,
instead of --no-extlinux and --no-no-extlinux.
